Babajide is an astute and consummate practitioner with vast professional experience in matters relating to corporate and commercial law as well as compliance & regulatory related issues. Some of the areas he provides advice on relate to formation of business organisations including registration of local subsidiaries of foreign companies, labour law, antitrust, brand protection, advertising claims, company dissolution, corporate restructuring, privacy and data protection.

Mr. Idowu started off his legal career in the law firm of Abdulai, Taiwo & Co. (A.T.C.). After about 4 years of working at A.T.C., he was seconded to work as the Legal Counsel in charge of Procter & Gamble in Nigeria & Ghana. Having obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Lagos, and a Master of Laws degree from Swansea University, he is now a Ph.D. Candidate at the University of Ottawa with focus in labour law and workplace disabilities.

During his spare time, Babajide writes legal related articles for Punch and Thisday Newspapers.
