About Ayodeji

Ayodeji Fasehun also an alumnus of the University of Lagos, is detail oriented, resourceful and result driven when tackling assignments. He has gathered substantial experience in dispute resolution and litigation having been a key member of the dispute resolution and litigation teams in the Law Firms of Bayo Osipitan & Co and Probitas Partners LLP.

He has also through the years in the profession advised and actively participated on transactions, agreements and matters bothering on obtaining electricity generating and distribution licenses, obtaining the issuance of probate and letters of administration in administration of estate matters, structuring and the re-structuring of various companies with a view of ensuring the companies compliance with worlds best corporate governance standards.

Ayodeji was team lead in Arbitral Proceedings between a reputable Company in the Transport and logistics Industry and a reputable Company in the cement industry in respect of liabilities arising out of letters of credit dominated in foreign currency to the tune of N200,000,000.00 (Two Hundred Million Naira).

He was also a member of the team which successfully defended the Federal Inland Revenue Service in court proceedings instituted by a reputable International Corporation seeking to reverse its assessed tax liability in the sum of over $5,000,000.00 (Five Million United States Dollars).
